Jordan Carter is an accomplished Nashville Recording Artist from Southern Illinois. He has performed on stages from Chicago,Il to Tn and Ok. This young man, with a sound that has been compared to as " The New Modern Day Johnny Cash" has a voice, which is well beyond his years at the age of just 19. He has been received as crisp, smooth and easy on the ears. Jordan is the total package of talent and entertainment. His eagerness and voice is sure to please any crowd.
Jordan has performed on various Opry's and was selected to perform in The Colgate Country showdown. Recently the I.C.M.A held their state Competition in Bloomington. I received the Top Traditional Male Entertainer and The Top Traditional Male Vocalist also received Top Traditional Duo with a young lady from my home town. Jordan Has Recently won the I.C.M.A Top Traditional Male Entertainer and Top Traditional Male Vocalist for 2008. He'll be headed back to the NACMI (North American Country Music International) in March of 2008.
Jordan has performed on stage and opened up with many country stars such as Marty Stuart, Jamie O'Neal, Confederate RailRoad , Carl Mann, W.S. Holland, Rayburn Anthony, Jim Tittle, Tommy Overstreet, Chuck Day, Mike Manual, Barry Wayne, Kevin Blake Weldon, Mike Culpepper and Dan Duncan.
