Little Johnny got his start playing rhythm guitar and harmonica for the band Sunhouse in the late 90's. He played and recorded with
them for 3 years.

Deep in the Blues, Born to Rock & Boogie" comes from Little Johnny's style. He is true to his blues links, but Little Johnny loves to cover some of his favorite artsit. He doesnt justcopy the song but Little Johnny transforms the song into his own style. Included are songs from Ray Charles, Bob Dylan, SRV, Rolling Stones, Greatful Dead and many more.
Little Johnny's heart felt vocals, Chicago style blues guitar, haunting slide guitar and vibrant harmonica make him a popular performing in the Chicago and Northwest Indiana music scene. Johnny is highly regarded by his peers as one of the hardest working blues men in Chicago, playing as many as 200 shows per year. The Release of Johnny's CD "Workingman Blues" has brought him from a popular local bar band to a regional performer. Songs from "Workingman Blues" has been picked up on a couple of compilation CD's such as Blues for Kids Sake with 15 artist collaborating to raise money Big Brothers and Big Sisters. This CD can be purchased at CDBaby, with all proceeds going to Charity. Johnny can also be found in the upcoming issue of Big City Rhythm & Blues Magazine. This issue will contain "Rack of Blues Sampler #2" a comelation Cd featuring 15 of the Best and up and coming blues artists in the nation.
