The story of the Schaumburg Illinois based group. The band's was founded in the summer of 1999. Currently, the group consists of 4 full-time members, including; Jim (guitar/lead vocals), David (lead guitar/vocals), Artie (Bass guitar) and Mr Robert Broz (drums/vocals), with over-whelming professionalism and dedication to the music produced by the band. The group has played many venues in the Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin region and has acquired a strong fan base and mutual support from several local and national recording consultants and has received favorable support and reviews from local and national music related print publications associated with self produced material and 'indie' label record company associates.





Smokin' Gunz musical style and background is derived from straight forward rock-n-roll, combined with hard driving, country music styles, backed by heart felt harmony vocal arrangements, with some real foot tapping dance tunes to provide musical entertainment for all types of audiences regardless of their musical preferences. All of the group's material is written solely by the members themselves with inspiration based on real life experiences. Smokin' Gunz is comprised of talented musicians that become one with their instruments. Showmanship is first class and stage presence is fine tuned to a highly professional caliber not often found in the local venue circuits of the Chicagoland and surrounding areas. Smokin' Gunz is a sure bet to produce a fun and entertaining atmosphere that will be remembered for many years to come and keep the fan-base growing to unimaginable heights.








This is definitely not your average local bar band, but, much more. Smokin' Gunz is currently recording all original material for their latest album release scheduled for the early Spring of 2005. The band is including all their best musical compositions and vocal arrangements that have been proven hits and requested works of art by many audiences from all over the region. The Summer of 2005 will see Smokin' Gunz out of the studio and back performing on the live venue circuits of the Chicagoland area promoting their latest CD and introducing more original material and compositions that have always been the signature marks of the professionalism and
dedication of a band at their musical and entertainment caliber.
